We offer flat rate shipping and ship worldwide with US Post and Fed-Ex.
Our goal is to ship out your package asap upon placing your order.
Shipping times vary based on carrier.
You can always check the status of the package by checking the tracking number provided to you by email with the carrier noted in your shipping email or by using the Track your Order option under the About Us tab.
No. We do not accept returns unless an item has arrived damaged. Factory sealed items that have been opened are not eligible for returns under any circumstance.
Please take pics of the damaged item and contact us within 24 hours of item delivery time to discuss your options for refund or replacement.
We will also follow all applicable laws and follow all appropriate insurance claims process if required in cases where insurance was provided with shipping. If an item was shipped with insurance you will be provided that information in your shipping email.
Not following this protocol will result in all return claims being denied.
No, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and or custom fees or charges.
We will not be responsible for any additional charges to you.
We take great care in packaging your new item. Your package will be packed expertly.
For prints that are shipped in tubes, we use high quality, very thick tubes that are extremely resistant to damage.
We also wrap your print in acid free paper, then we pad the tube with acid free tissue to prevent any damage from shifting inside the tube. The tube may also be padded with bubble wrap at top and bottom for additional stability.
Yes, we do offer flat shipping.
For high value items or if you just prefer your prints to be shipped flat we would be happy to ship your items flat for an additional charge.

No, at this time we do not offer any consignment services. We own 100% of all the artwork we have for sale.
Yes! We only carry 100% genuine items. Most of our items were acquired directly from the artist.
Yes, if the artwork does not come with a COA directly from the artist we will provide a gallery COA for all numbere/edition items.
If the item is not numbered you will still receive an accurate detailed invoice with your purchase.
All our artwork is stored flat in a climate controlled, smoke free environment.
We use conservation grade, archival materials in storing the artwork and spare no expense in caring for all artwork in our possession.
